ST. NICHOLAS DA TOLENTINO, AGOSTINIAN

Nicholas was born in the Diocese of Fermo, Italy, in the year 1245. From a young age he was acquainted with the Augustinian order. Attracted by the monastic life, he joined their community in Tolentino. His prayer and fasting was always accompanied by sympathy and charity. He died in 1305.  Sept. 10
