St. Catherine Laboure, Roman Catholic Virgin Nun. Three times in 1830 the Virgin Mary appeared to St. Catherine Laboure, who then was a twenty-four year old novice. Feastday: November 28 St. Andrew Trong, Roman Catholic and Martyr of Vietnam. He was arrested in 1834 and in the presence of his mother he was beheaded. She knelt beside him at the execution site in Hué, receiving his head on her lap. Nov. 28
