St. Alexandra and Companions,  Roman Catholic Women Martyrs. Christian women, Alexandra, Claudia, Euphrasia, Matrona, Juliana, Euphemia, Theodosia, Derphuta, and her sister, were martyred in Amisus in Paphlagonia. The women were burned to death in the persecution of Emperor Diocletian. Feastday March 20
